Jay D. Rohman, also known as the Ambassador of Encouragement, is the President and Founder of The Encouraging 101 Organization. The organization is dedicated to individuals and organizations that want to BE better. Jay is a professional speaker, trainer, author, and entrepreneur. He has worked in a number of different industries in various leadership positions. They include manufacturing, telecommunications, insurance, telemarketing, financial services, agriculture, sales, security, and safety. He is a member of the National Speakers Association, American Society of Training and Development, and the National Management Association. Jay travels internationally speaking and teaching on topics relating to leadership and management.
